PORTRAIT SESSION DEPOSIT

To secure your Portrait Session in our diary we request a portrait booking fee of £100.

As each of our on location appointments is allocated one hour plus travel time, you can understand that each slot is vitally important to our business. This £100 deposit is taken to ensure that appointments are kept and your time with the Helen McDaniel Portrait Studio team is secured (No booking is confirmed without the deposit being paid).

Once booked, your session or ordering appointment can only be moved providing 5 days notice is given. No refund of deposit will be given for sessions or ordering appointments that are cancelled completely. The £100 deposit will be refunded in full at your Portrait Ordering Appointment or, if you wish, may be put towards images.
